Picking up the car felt like opening a mystery box, but I got lucky this time. It was exactly the model I reserved. Even after driving nearly 2,000 kilometers around the island in the Volvo XC60, it felt effortless.
The staff attitude was average. However, the car pickup process involved online signing without a physical contract and no prior notification to inspect the vehicle's condition. Luckily, I took some photos. When I returned the car, they claimed there was a scratch, but it was already there when I picked it up, yet they completely denied it. They wanted us to pay for it. Additionally, on the first day of driving, the tire pressure indicator showed an issue, followed by an oil level warning on the same day.
Considering the high volume of customers they were dealing with on both my pick up and return, they really couldn't have been quicker or more efficient. And they were quite friendly as well!!

Lo staff che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo a Dublino, sia alla consegna documenti, che alla consegna auto, è stato molto disponibile e paziente, nonostante la giovane età. Forse proprio questo ultimo particolare ha reso meno difficile interagire con loro, dato il nostro scarso livello di inglese, in quanto la dimestichezza dimostrata nell'uso delle nuove tecnologie di traduzione istantanea ci ha permesso di capire e farci capire con pochi problemi e chiarire alcuni dubbi.
L'auto che ci è stata proposta non era quella richiesta, ma una simile.
