Since the car exchange is done at the airport, it's convenient for those flying in, but not so much for those already at the airport. We found the Alamo company based on the signs, only to be told it was just a drop-off point, and the pickup point was elsewhere. We couldn't find the way to the pickup point, so we first returned the car at the Sixt company and then took the escalator to the pickup point. Since we had a lot of luggage, we borrowed a cart from the Alamo company. I have to say, their service was quite good. Maybe there aren't many people who come by car to rent a car like us, so we wasted a lot of time at the airport.

Check out assistant added on an unwanted Sat Nav Device charge when exiting the car park. Only noticed this on my credit card statement during the holiday. Had the charge removed promptly on returning the car.
