The Zuzuche platform is great, but the Avis company is really disappointing. At the pickup, they insisted my credit card was a debit card. I've used this credit card for over 10 years, what is there to argue about? Then they said it’s fine, as long as I purchase full insurance, they would accept it. At that moment, I understood their game. Full insurance cost 110,000 dinars, which is roughly over 7,000 RMB. With no other choice, I had to reluctantly agree since I was already there.
The staff at the store speaks good English and provides excellent service, though the wait time for picking up the car was a bit long.
