I rented a Volvo XC60, but they gave me a basic Mazda hatchback instead! Since I had already checked online beforehand, the Avis front desk did not explain anything and directly handed me the keys. It was only when I got to the parking lot that I saw the car. XC60 and Mazda hatchback are considered the same class of vehicle??? XC60's equivalent class should be Audi Q5 or BMW X5/X3, right?
