Complicated procedures, lots of people, extremely long wait time, and we rented a seven-seater but got a five-seater. It was so cramped! There was no way to fit our luggage.
Despite having paid the full rental amount, I was told an hour late that the reserved vehicle was no longer available. They raised the price, forcing me to switch to a manual transmission car.
