Weird company policy for mandatory insurance of 300000, though I have insurance. I had to pay extra.

The counter staff service were very rude . They insisted that I have to show the coverage limit of my insurance . Even I called my insurance to show my coverage to $300.000 for injury and $100.000 for property damage still was not accepted from the staff service . I was forced to pay $10 extra for additional insurance . Also I Ordered Hyundai Sonata and I got a Nissan Versa with 36.000 mileage with body damage and a lot of problem in driving .

They did not explain what was needed for insurance and charged me without telling me. They also tack on a bunch of hidden fees like mileage and sunpass once you get there...

There were hidden charges that the booking agency as well as the people at right cars did not tell me about. I was greatly disappointed and I will NEVER use your agency or right cars again. Also, I will tell as many people as I can about avoiding you. Rest Assured.

Tried hard to charge me for lots of stuff I didn't need. Tried to charge me extra for a bigger car because they didn't have the smaller one I reserved. Tried to convince me I needed to pay an exorbitant fee for a toll transponder I didn't need. Etc.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
