The staff had a great attitude, no upselling, and handled the procedures very efficiently. The process of car return, inspection, and shuttle to the airport was seamless. Wonderful experience! The car was a 2025 model with only 5,600 kilometers driven.
I booked 2 bookings by mistake, I thought 1 was cancelled but it had been put under my husbands email.
I am awaiting to see if I get the refund back. The hire car comp many said they would refund it if QEEQ agreed. No update yet
