Great car in good condition. No issues at all.

I booked 2 bookings by mistake, I thought 1 was cancelled but it had been put under my husbands email. I am awaiting to see if I get the refund back. The hire car comp many said they would refund it if QEEQ agreed. No update yet

飛行機の遅れにより、ピックアップが1時間遅れたが、日本語でLINEにて連絡したところ、現地に速やかに連絡してもらえて助かった。パスポートの翻訳も、国際免許代を節約することができ、ありがたかった。

Lovely team. I forgot not to lock the car with the key but to use the remote- and ended up with the burglar alarm going off!!! but the team replied to my phone call immediately and solved the problem. All very good! I really liked the phone holder and multiple cables provided to allow me to use my cellphone for google maps. I thought the steering wheel lock was a bit over the top- maybe good for Shanhai but not really needed in Central Otago!

All good. They encouraged us to take photos of the vehicle which we did, and it is ESSENTIAL to have them when you return to prove minor dents were already on car.

The car matched the booking car. Rental process was seamless. We returned the car 2 days before the expected return date, and we hope to get a refund for the two days not used.

This whole process was a dream . Transfer and pick up v easy and Chris on reception was a role model in customer service. He handled our queries exceptionally well and also the short notice extension- brilliant

I didn't have to wait long for the hire car. The process was very quick, less than 10 mins and all staff were extremely helpful.

It was easy to book through QEEQ.COM and the team were responsive, communicating with and checking with EZU to answer the questions I had.

Very disappointed that Tesla not available! The excuse Hertz gave is arbitrarily wrong. Should take Tesla off the orders if they have sold them all. Highly recommend the polestar, if a Tesla is not available. Prefer a Tesla

I recently rented a car with Arentals and received an upgrade to a Toyota Rav4, which was a nice surprise. The car was smooth and enjoyable to drive, and I didn’t experience any mechanical issues. There were a few noticeable scratches on the exterior, and the windshield wipers seemed like they needed a bit of maintenance, but otherwise, the car was in good shape. Unfortunately, my experience with the incident handling process was less positive. I reported a minor incident that I estimated should cost around $200 to resolve, yet Arentals blocked $2500 on my credit card. This felt excessive. Additionally, the claims process seems quite lengthy—they informed me it could take 2-3 weeks to complete, and they would only send me an invoice at the end. I think a faster, more transparent claims process would really enhance the customer experience. Overall, I enjoyed the car but was disappointed by the high hold and extended claim process

We had 5 adults in the car and the car was still great.
