The local staff provided excellent service, and the customer support team back in the country was very friendly. It was my first time using this app, and I couldn't find a direct contact number for customer service. The car model reserved was different from the one provided upon pickup, which was a minor inconvenience.
Overall, it was acceptable. Since there wasn't a car of the same type available, they provided me with a different one, claiming it was an upgrade, but I didn't feel it was an upgrade.
When picking up the car at the Hertz location, the reserved model was not available, and we were not notified in advance. We were informed upon arrival that we needed to pay for an upgrade. Additionally, the delay caused by this issue did not result in an extension of the rental period.
