It's all a scam! The ultimate goal is to get you to buy full insurance. The staff were poker-faced, extremely impatient when problems arose, and left me hanging. Picking up the car took three hours. I'm a tourist; I can't afford to waste time like this. In the end, I rented a downgraded car at double the price—a Mercedes B-Class became a Ford Focus. It's simply indescribable! I strongly demand an investigation. Please, platform, appeal with AVIS in Serbia and give me a fair outcome!!

They aggressively pushed their insurance. I informed them that I had already purchased extra full coverage, but the agent kept insisting that their company's insurance was necessary, claiming other insurances were not recognized. When I firmly declined, they told me that since my booking price through the rental platform was lower, they would need to freeze an extra 1000 euros (normal customers have 250 euros frozen, but I would have 1250 euros). They said I could either pay extra for their insurance or top up the rental price to match their company's rate. Very frustrating!!! Additionally, the parking fees for the vehicles at the airport are passed on to the renters, which is extremely unreasonable!!!
