Overall it's fine, the car is in decent condition. However, purchasing insurance at the counter is very expensive. Consider carefully whether to buy online or at the counter.
The paperwork took an hour. Initially, they said there was no automatic transmission available, then they gave me a diesel Renault. The problem with this big car was that I couldn't drive it out of the parking lot, so I had to come back and exchange it. It was quite a hassle. Even though I had already bought full insurance, they still made me buy insurance. Since I don't understand Spanish, they said it was a deposit that would be refunded. I was with my child, so I signed it. Later, when I asked the rental company, they confirmed I already had full insurance. Just a reminder, do not sign if the amount doesn't match when you pick up the car!
The guy at the pickup counter symbolically asked if we wanted to upgrade our car. They had an XC90 available but it would cost more. Since there were only two of us, we declined the upgrade. I showed him the full insurance purchased on QEEQ, and he didn't try to sell us anything else. We got a brand new diesel XC60, in a beautiful smog blue color!

Me dijo que las condiciones de Hertz eran 1800€ de franquicia y nos vimos obligados a contratar un seguro que nos costó 100€ porqué la diferencia de 700€ Hizo que no tuviesemos suficiente saldo en la targeta. Por supuesto el señor del mostrador de Hertz echó toda la culpa al intermediario, en este caso QEEQ. Nos hemos sentido engañados.

Definitely exceeded my expectations,I got an upgrade to a CABRIO VW BEETLE as they had no mini,s,the desk staff were very professional and helpful .
