went to pickup the car on time, to be told have no cars available and have to wait for a car to come in, horrible, bad service and wasted my time

The car was not what I reserved, and a step down in my opinion. They offered an upgrade in lieu of what i reserved, but the staff wanted more money. The rental facility was very poor, AC wasn’t working, staff was unimpressive. I also waited 45 mins in the scorching heat for the pickup shuttle at the airport. Overall, not a good experience.

My car wasn’t ready and they didn’t have any for me to rent.

I didn’t like that I had to wait a few days for confirmation of rental but quality of car and low price were great.

Although I am satisfied with the customer service to an extent I just wanna make you aware that I rented a nissan versa and were given a dodge caravan, and were told once one becomes available they would call and have me to do a swap out. Of course that never happened. Secondly once I returned the vehicle, the agent grab the agreement number off my paper and finished assisting his customer, while I awaited the shuttle van. But never once walked me around the vehicle to inspect for damages. Thirdly I get a text message this morning informing me that I have went over my rental timeframe asking do I want to extend? When the vehicle was returned on yesterday. They need to upgrade!!!
