Staff was helpful. Quick and efficient. Vehicle was clean and in good condition. Size of vehicle was smaller, then Ford Explorer 7 seater. Got a chef Equinox.

The people working here are horrible and have no problem taking your money.

We reserved a SUV midsize. When we arrived in Baltimore we were told they did not have one. I booked about a month in advance for a 1 week trip. The worst part was that water leaked on my foot/leg n the passenger side. I have lymphoma/lymphedema and have to keep my left leg wrapped. Impossible to do due to water leakage. :-( so my leg swelled.

They double booked the car I had, i got there first but another group approached me that they had the same car space number. When I dropped off, I was hit with a $20 late charge which no one told me about when dropping off. I only saw it when I got the credit card bill. I did not realize the drop off location was not right at the airport but an additional 15-20 minuted away.
