There was no mention that the counter staff did not accept cash transactions.. found that a bit inconvenient.
And do fill up gas before returning it. I made the mistake of returning it at half tank, but they charged me way over the price of a full tank of gas to refill....live and learn i suppose..
This car rental company is a scam. Everyone, do not rent cars from this company. When picking up the car, we told their staff that we would like to extend the rental by one more day. They said we could simply pay the same daily rate when returning the car. However, when we returned the car, they demanded 80% more for the extra day. When we asked to speak with the staff we had dealt with earlier, they claimed not to know who that was. We later found out that the section for staff signatures on the rental document was blank. They threatened to withhold our 5000B deposit if we didn't pay the higher fee. This is clearly unfair. Do not book cars here.
1. No ones standby for the customer at the car park
2. when i got the car So terrible inside / there were Full of stain From Beer or the other liquid was dry already that sticky and bad smell all in the car .. so i have to clean-up all 5 back seat by myself before let's my family Sat
3. when i want to drop-off the car i call to let them know before I arrival to the airport about 10 mins no ones wating me so i have to wait the staff...
******it's the first time For bad experience with chic car rent cause i always chose this brand everytime that i had travel / may be next time I would find other brand for Standard service. thank for the extremly bad experince.

Counter is at the domestic terminal, need to walk a distance from international arrival hall to that terminal. And need to pass through another security check. Able to locate it thanks to the tourist information counter. Overall is service n car condition is ok.
