About Hertz:7.0/10
Paid extra for a vehicle that would seat 7. The car did not seat 7, it seated 5. When I spoke to the Hertz staff she indicated that the car does seat 7 and told me it has a third row seat. I went back out to the car to check and It did not. She told me the only other car they could offer me would cost an additional 100.00 per day.
Ils ont facturé une journée de plus parce que j’ai rendu la voiture à 18h15 au lieu de 18h. Alors que je les avais prévenu, et qu’ils m’avaient dit qu’il suffisait de déposer la clé dans leur boîte.
Une journée à 90€.
Make it clear that passenger count includes driver on the larger vans.
