They lied and said my credit card wasn't working and that it kept declining when they tried to charge the 2000.00 security deposit. i called my CC company in front of them and they told me that there was no transaction being made. They lied and said it declined because they wanted me to pay for insurance when i had proof of my OWN. i fought with him and he showed care in the world. what a shame.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

Location is ghetto, the office is a closet on the side of a repair garage that was made into a office. The first car they tried to give us had a brake light out. So they switched us to a car with major dents and a check engine light on. The inside of the glass was so dirty when the sun hit the glass I couldnt see out of it. The car had 3/4 of a tank of gas at pick up, how do you replensih 3/4 tank? It should be full and returned full.
