We got a free upgrade from europcar. We booked kia rio and got nissan xtrail 4wd. Car was new, clean and spacious. The lady at the counter was very friendly.
Upgraded to bigger car which was lovely. Lady on desk very helpful and advised on places to visit. Easy pick up and drop off. Great experience. Had already used Europcar in UK so pick up was really swift.
