Convenient car rental in Jeju at good price

Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

Traffic jam when close to the return location suggested to leave early to drop off the car

At point of booking we noticed on booking confirmation that a deposit of USD500 - 3000 may be required. However it was not collected. The amount of the required deposit is above my expectation and we do not have sufficient fund for that.

Value for money.

Old car, bad location to pick-up the car, bad customer service, ...

Excellent. They have a WhatsApp chat service which is very helpful for visitors with only a data plan. They even contacted me on the day of rental to confirm my arrival. Unfortunately, because it was not easy to know Tamra closes at 8pm at the time of booking on EasyRentCars (my flight landed at 8.30pm), I almost could not collect my vehicle and it would have destroyed my itinerary. Fortunately, Tamra helped me to arrange for a late pickup smoothly, and checked in on me to see if I picked up the car in the end. They even reminded me to take pictures of the car, something a new rental car driver may not do. The return process was extremely smooth too. 10/10 would rent again.
