They promised to pick me up at the airport with a sign. However, I waited for half an hour after arrival and still didn't see anyone, and it was a midnight flight at 12 AM. After multiple calls to customer service, the car finally arrived after 1 AM.
Like: I like that the staff was punctual during my pick up. Also they were professional in identifying the scratches and dents of the car made by previous drivers so that I would never be wrongly blamed for those damages. Dislike: They were a bit slow to arrive when it was due to return the car to them. This caused me to be almost late for my flight check in.
