-le nom du loueur (AVANCE) n’est pas mis en évidence sur le bon de réservation => difficile de trouver le bon guichet
-sur le parking, la zone du loueur n’est pas facile à trouver
I have used QEEQ multiple times. The process is convenient, and their follow-up service is excellent. The car pickup and return procedures at Athens Avance are straightforward.
Overall service was pretty good, but the contract did not state that the fuel level at return must match the level at pickup. When we got the car, it only had two bars of fuel, not a full tank. This made it hard to gauge how much fuel to add when returning the car. We ended up having to pay an extra 15 Euros because the tank was slightly underfilled. Other companies operate on a full-to-full policy. I can't help but feel there's a bit of trickery involved.
