Like: Dealing with this off- airport- site so much easier on many levels, the best of which is not having to drag suitcases to/from the airport's (what seems like) 2-mile walk. Dislike: My only negative experience was on the day of pickup, there was only one person to handle customers as the other person had left ill. The process took about 1/2 hour or more, but it was not on the fault of the very friendly agent.
Like: The whole experience was excellent! I am a first time user of Easy Rent Cars and was really pleasantly surprised. Will use again, Thrifty was fast check in and super fast check out.
Dislike: There was nothing I didn't like!
Like: Customer Service reps Janet and Tom were kind, helpful and fantastic. The car I reserved was not yet cleaned out, but they upgraded me for no additional charge. Dislike: n/a
