Like: The price. The staff at Discount. The car. I will use you again.
Dislike: Actually, I do have one comment. One cannot change the location when booking online. This seems to me elementary. I mistakenly booked the car at the airport and then found I couldn't change it. I had to cancel the whole reservation and start again. A bit backwards, don't you think? However, EastRent was very quick to answer my emails.

“Very disappoited”

We were told that our US auto insurance did not cover the rental and were required to buy the Discount auto policy. The windshield developed a crack which I reported to their staff. We were told that the policy did not cover windshields and tires and that there would be an additional $500 fee.
