Like: Fast and efficient getting on the road!! Dislike: Having to arrive back with the car by 10 am to avoid another day of charges even though our flight didn’t leave til 3pm so no leaning to way fee til noon made for a very long day at the airport!!!
Picking up the car was very convenient. There were some hiccups due to personal reasons, my friend's husband was the designated driver, so I couldn't use my credit card for the pre-authorization; it had to be in the name of the designated driver. Be sure to keep this in mind! Returning the car was easy, just park and go.
Like: Manager upgraded us for no charge - this was great! Dislike: Lots of questions and prompting to up sell items - some that I knew we didn't need. No super high pressure, but at every stage of the process.
