I have been renting cars and flying for years and I have NEVER experienced such poor service.

Wonderful experience! Rental process was fast; and return was customer service that was above and beyond thanks to Charlton, the agent the checked us out.

It was easy to book and instruction on where to go and documents needed to rent the car were quite explicit. Overall, a very good experience.

Fox rent higher management was good compared to regular staff

The car was not full tank, everything else was okay

Requested a Camry, however none were available. Was given a kia sportage with lots of body damage (dings, scrapes, and scuffs), the low tire pressure light was on the entire time and we had to add air, and the gas mileage was lower than what a camry would have been. Even though we had a voucher from online rental, the cost doubled when we picked up rental. Will not use Fox services again.
