Exit the airport and take the green shuttle at platform 2 to the rental car company; they're all together. The queue was relatively quick and there were no extra sales pitches. I booked a Toyota RAV4 but got an old Hyundai instead! It was really hard to drive!!! But actually, a 4-wheel drive isn't needed on Maui, a regular car is sufficient! The car return address provided by QEEQ was incorrect! Just Google the rental car company's name and follow the signs to the parking garage!
Dislike: Car was dirty, could have used a good cleaning. The pick up experience at the counter was way too long. Employee spent far too much time trying to convince me to purchase options.
Like: I liked the quick friendly service once I got to the counter to pick-up my van. Been to Hawaii many times, there is always a long line to pick-up your car. The van was perfect, exactly what I needed. The price was by far the best I had seen anywhere else. When we dropped off the van they helped us quickly and had a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport. Dislike: it would be great if there was a line exclusively for people who have ordered and prepaid for a car/van, even on weekends.
