The reception guy was very nice. During the car inspection, there was an issue that wasn't on the checklist. The guy picked up a skateboard, I thought he would skate over there first, but instead, he walked over with his long legs and then skated back after finishing.
The car collection was quick. There are Chinese instructions on the highway toll service, which helps avoid misunderstandings. There are two autopass packages for toll payments: 1. Pay 80 RMB per day for unlimited highway use; 2. Pay per use but with an additional 300 RMB service fee. This isn't very reasonable. Other car rental companies offer free toll payment services.
They said I would pay 2000 at the store, but ended up charging me 6100. The detailed cost list included taxes, but there were a lot of additional charges.
