I rented a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe or equal. When I came there they wanted to give me a Jeep Renegade (which is absolutely not equal). Aside of it was standing a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe, so I said: 'I rented that one want to have that one'. The lady said, that is another type of Hyundai Grand Santa Fe (which was not true) so you need to pay extra. I paid extra and took it. But in fact I paid double for a car I already hired. You cannot trust Discount
Like: The experience with Discount Cars in Montreal was a good one. Very helpful young man. When we got in the car, a light was on, and he took it back to the garage to check it out before we left. I would have worried if it would have come on after we left the lot. Dislike: I wish I would have picked a little larger car, I'm a big person, and it was a bit small for getting in and out of. Other than that, it worked fine for the week we were in Montreal.
Like: Great car, fast service Dislike: The shuttle driver at the return was going to leave even for his route even though he saw us. I had to convince him that I was ready to go (inspection done and all). Too bad that one person with lack of customer service was the last thing I remembered from this car rental.
