You should update the info and advise the customer the Europcar holds an amount of A$400 on your card.
Encountered a new staff at the counter, the process was quite slow. After finishing the process and depositing the credit card guarantee, I asked for a copy of the contract. He said it would be emailed to me, but even after 9 days of rental and 5 days after returning the car, I still haven't received the contract.
Service and advice at pick up was good, friendly, very pleased. Any questions were quickly answered. Car was a Hyundai Accent. Well equipped, smooth drive, very pleased.
