Overall the car was good and new but booking was made for 8am pickup however we waited almost 3 hours for Rental office to open which delayed our short trip. Location of rental pick was not easy to find.

When returning the car, we called the company but no one was there. They said they went to a religious service. We returned after refueling but still, no one was there, and we had to wait. There was a small scratch on the left rear side during the inspection, and we were told it was no big deal. A week after we returned home, we received a bill for 641 NZD for the damage.
