They insisted on adding an extra insurance on the spot, which cost an additional $400, and wouldn't let me pick up the car without it. After half an hour of argument, I had no choice but to agree. They also didn't provide a receipt. Very unhappy.
Like: Car was nice with plenty of trunk room. Good gas mileage. Dislike: Had to wait for the rental desk to open while other rental companies were open.
Like: I like the fact that I got a Toyota 4Runner for the price of a Sedan.
