Both pickup and return were convenient.

Very convenient, picking up and returning the car is right at the terminal entrance. The car model is great. I participated in the Ironman competition, and my bicycle could be easily placed in the trunk while my family could sit comfortably in the back. When picking up the car, I found a nail in the front tire. The staff responsibly took it to get the tire fixed before handing it over.

Would have been good if they had given us upfront notice on the pick up location. We spent some time asking around before we found the location.

Pretty easy to book.

The car was not safe for rental, horn did not work, steering was horrendous and the car would not start if it was raining. I will never use EPTA again and would give a lower rating if I could.

Like: Cars came as they were expected to.
Dislike: The Toyota Vios we rented could have been a little cleaner. Especially the passenger seats at the back.
