1) Both side mirrors were glazed which made me very difficult to see the view in them. Unsafe driving
2) the fuel level when I picked up the car was not full. The Tamra staff refused to top it up to full.
The Tamra store should have known that my flight KA325 would arrive in Jeju after their closing time at 08:00 PM on 22/06, but they still accepted the order. This led to me having to take a taxi to the hotel that night and then another taxi to the airport the next day (23/06) to pick up the car. The time and money I lost should be compensated by both you (ZuzuCar and Tamra).
The car interior cleanliness is less satisfactory. There were coffee spills on the sunshade and liquid mark in the cup holder. Dash was dusty which I guess the cleaner only cleaned the exterior.
Good service, vehicles in good condition. It'd be informative if they can brief customers how much is needed to fill up the tank, especially when the car is not initially at full tank. We sort of needed to guess how much we need to pay and outdid the tank in the end.
