Unfortunately, I was held up at work and late to pick up my car. The manager, Jen G of Brisbane Office, on her way to her car, came back to the office to help me. She went above and beyond to serve me in a friendly and personal manner. I am very grateful to her.
This company is pretty good. Both renting and returning the car were very convenient. When I asked about toll roads, they said the fees would be automatically charged to the renter's credit card, which is quite hassle-free.
Very helpful. Was disappointed that the additional insurance I took that “cleared” the excess was actually not direct with Budget and was something I would have been charged extra for if something had happened
New car for a reasonable price. The process was efficient, no wasted time.
Only minor nuisance is quite complicated layout of the car park (it's an underground car park), better signage would help.
