The car and the counter service were perfect. Just need to be aware of the mileage meter record that marked my range of 693km while in fact I only drove 130km, still in dispute with Europcar about this.
The return location was not clearly marked, and there was no obvious signage at the drop-off point. The keys were handed over to the local train station staff. There was an error in calculating the rental period which resulted in an extra day's charge.
Everything's so smooth! The only thing I could think of is that list of similar models be provided for customers' reference on the booking page.
