Like: Quick and easy to rent the cars from Europcar.
The cars we rented were very economical fuel wise and comfortable to drive.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Dislike: Should explain on the site that there would be a mandatory charge for tolls during the car hire period. We didn't drive the car everyday, so it would be good to have had an option.
The service attitude was acceptable, but no one was available to handle unexpected issues during the weekend. Hopefully, someone will be on duty in the future.
They charged an extra 70 RMB per day for toll fees and, after driving only thirty kilometers with a full tank, they charged 150 RMB for fuel and 240 RMB for service fees.
