The car should have been fully inspected before I arrived and any damage noted rather than making me do the inspection and risking missing something

We abandoned the car we had paid for before even getting to the counter as the service was so slow. We feared missing our return flight if the drop off was as slow. Staff fiddled about chatting to each other, answering what appeared to be cold calls on the phone while customers stood and waited. We paid £130 for a taxi to Chester and back when we had already paid for a car, that alone should tell you how bad the experience was.

Absolutely joke. Will not be using this company again and do not recommend if at all!!!!!

The car was great but we were less than impressed at being charged £75 as we hadn't seen the VERY small print notice that we needed a credit (not debit) card to book. We were also charged £20 for an extra driver which came as something of a surpise.
