Not great, heavy accent in English, doesn't speak Chinese

When I arrived at the Chic Car counter, they refused to give me the vehicle because the English name on my rental order (in Pinyin) did not match the English name on my ID. After negotiations between the Zuzuche staff and them, and providing an email proof that I am the same person, they finally gave me the car. The Zuzuche staff were very reliable and efficient. I will definitely use their service again next time.

The car's antenna is probably bad, only a few stations can be tuned.

The staffs are friendly.

Very easy to make reservations. Clear instructions. The most important thing is the price is cheap and affordable.

So far, it's one of the best car-rental providers at the Suvarnnabhumi airport.
