Cheap, but never give you car you preserve

Los vehiculos no estaban del todo limpios, mi reserva era de una Mini Van y todas tenian algunas manchas, la mas limpia que conseguí tenia los cristales sucios,se la llevaron a limpiar y se tardaron una hora en entregarmela, todo lo demas ,excelente.

Excelente plataforma ,la primera vez que la utilizo y mi experiencia fue increible, donde mas economico conseguí pagar. Sin duda donde buscaré mis proximas reservas.

The car wasn't available when I went nto pick up. I waited for more than 2 hours. No compensation offered.

Like: easy. good price.
Dislike: headrest was a little to far forward

Like: Sholanda at your DesMoines Location was especially helpful and awesome. I watched her interact with another (older) customer ahead of me..and she went out of her way to make sure everything was understood..including how to exit the airport and assisting in directions. I felt it was above and beyond what I normally witness or experience at any rental type situation. Sholanda is a true asset to your company.
