Everything was good, but at the counter the staff could not find my reservation for a long time (approx. 10 mins), also deposit was a little higher than I expected (approx 900 EUR, I expected 500-600 EUR, but it was returned in full finally). The car was clean and in good condition.
great car, excellent service provided, our car had to be towed due to a fault with the airbag and they were great and arranged for us to pick up another car pretty straigh away with no issues.

Great car,
A bit to long waiting for pick up specially with 2 small kids,
But really nice helpful lady at the counter,
And i was lucky to have help with putting car seats on ,but really that should be done by a member of staff...i know its the rules at moment but i still dont agree with it,as how I am I supose to supervise 2 kids while fitting the seats???
But in general great experience, will definitely recommend
