Everything was good except they were slow to pick us up.

It did take a bit of time to get the car in terms of the processes.

Terrible company. Cheap is the operative word - the car was unroadworthy - a banged up old Nissan - rear view mirror fell off an I had to fix it, window winder comes off in your hand. Then to add insult to injury they insisted on charging the collision excess of $4k to my CC. The bloody car would be lucky (on a good day) to be worth $500!! All quite shameful really from a company I can only describe as a shady dodgy operator.

Good price, car condition and pick-up service were not as good and not fast
