The car itself was great. Drop-off was very quick and professional. We were early for the pick-up and we had to wait for 1,5 hours, because there was no flexibility on the booked time. The mail I sent a week before to announce the earlier arrival was ignored.

Car didnot meet my expectation. Vehicle wasnt washed and cleaned from outside. It was very dusty and had mud marks. Apple car play feature didnot work inside car. None of the staff could make it work which was terrible as I couldnt use navigation feature safely. Staff provided me with phone holder so that i could to use google maps on my phone. Which was very hard to see through tiny phone screen.
