The car was very new and in great condition. It took a bit of effort to find the parking lot when returning the car, but you can look for Avis, and once you find Avis, you can find Budget. The staff had a good attitude, communication was smooth, and the handover went well.

I booked a Skoda Fabia with a manual transmission but received a Mercedes C200 with automatic transmission, cruise control, and start-stop functionality. Moreover, the car had only 10,000 kilometers on it, which was a delightful surprise. The entire rental process was smooth, and self-driving in Europe was quite enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The company staff were very friendly, the car was in good condition, and when a headlight broke on the road, we replaced it ourselves for 13 euros. We provided the repair receipt when returning the car and were told it could be reimbursed.
