I initially rented a BMW X1, but they gave me an old diesel Renault instead. I didn't say anything, but it's been almost a month and I still haven't received my deposit back.
The service attitude was just normal, but the deposit on the website was 900 euros, and when we got to the store it turned into 1600 euros. The risk fee was also 25 euros a day. Additionally, the rental showed a Toyota Land Cruiser, but I received an old Mitsubishi Pajero with 180,000 kilometers. This rental experience was very unsatisfactory.
