The rental company upgraded the car, which was great, and the full insurance was also very cheap

When I arrived at the rental store to pick up the car, there was absolutely no one there. I tried calling several times but no one picked up. The store hours posted at the door said it was open until 6 PM. It was raining, and we were there with children late at night, so we had no choice but to have the hotel send a car to take the elderly and children back. Since no one answered the phone, we didn't know if anyone would come later. I called the car rental hotline, and the only response was to wait. I had an urgent matter the next morning and needed the car. After a long wait, I finally got through to a staff member who came over. Although the staff was polite, waiting that long in a foreign country with a closed store late at night was really unpleasant.

The car pickup was smooth, but they just handed over the child safety seat and let us install it ourselves. Not knowing the type of connectors, we spent a long time trying to fix it. Even after calling the rental company, they couldn't fix it either, so we left it in the trunk, but we were still charged for it

Bizcar's location is not inside the airport, which I didn't expect, and it wasn't mentioned on the car rental website. After exiting the airport, walk 300 meters to the right, and you will see a gas station on your left. Bizcar is right there. Overall, I am satisfied, but when I arrived, I couldn't reach them by phone, and there was no one at the store, so I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. This was the only unsatisfactory part. The staff's English is average.

It's a small company and the car pickup process was a bit bothersome, they took a long time to check everything.
