Great service from the staff

The counter staff was very courteous, Mr. Michael took over from his colleague and engage with us. He also did explain the car condition at the pick-up point and the drop-off point when returning the car back. However, this Proton Saga Auto economic edition should equip with central locking for customer's safety and the tire pressure must be checked as well. The car dashboard also needs to be clean as it was dusty.

This booking platform is very efficient and easy to use. I'm afraid the Price Drop Protector didn't work for me perhaps I believe I booked the car 5 days before my departure. However, Easyrentcars.com should allow customers to key in their legacy airline membership no in order to earn the miles. It has to be a win-win situation for customers and Easyrentcars.com.

the break position is very high, my leg feel tired when traffic jam...i feel like the leg hanging.Hopefully can improve this.

The car was lousier then previous rental. And the car is high fuel consumption not like previous car. Drove way less then the distance yet need to pump more petrol.

The car's windshield wipers need to be replaced, they don't work very well in the rain.

Car collection the staff service is average. Car drop off the staff is good and friendly (her name is Fauziah).

Very happy with the service provided. The person at the counter, Mr Michael, gives very good service throughout, from collecting to delivery of the car. He is very patient to give us all the necessary details of the car and how to get out and into the Airport again. We like dealing with this fine gentleman. Car interior not very clean, the rest ok

Not happy that I was charged maximum excess for an accident that wasn’t my fault. Pardon my ignorance but I thought if I am not at fault I won’t be charged.

Customer service from Paradise was excellent. Fauziah was extremely helpful and polite.

Staff-Mr Aziq was very helpful. I left my Touch n go inside the car, Mr Aziq attended my request patiently and helped me get back the card. Praise for the excellent customer service!!!

The car is spacious. I can put two big and one small luggage bags in the car boot. The car is clean and acceptable.

The car not clean for the overall outsite but insite the car was clean. The condition on booking of fuel full to full but actual was loss 1 bar . The oil change of car was reached but still gave to us for used.
