CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ASAP AT PHUKET AIRPORT, HKT

Like: Awesome service provided by the team in Phuket. I was a bit worried on the booking as I went through the reviews where booking was not available upon picking up the vehicle, they do hard selling on the packages, the car was not great and etc . But it didn't happen to me and it was smooth all the way. The service team was very polite, the car was new & clean, less than 2000 km mileage, it was a Toyota Vios. So, it was spacious for all 4 of us in the car with our luggage. Requested for a 2nd driver and we were not charged on it. So, that's good too. As long as you bring the required documentation with you i.e booking voucher, passport, driving license and your credit card, you are good to go :) So, I would say, good job to both easyrentcars.com and ASAP car rental Phuket.

Car was new and clean. Pick up and drop off at the terminal were easy with very helpful staff.

Did not take pictures due to rain. They insisted the scratches were new when returning the car.

No Chinese language options, no charging port, and no phone mount. These small things caused significant inconvenience. During one trip, my phone battery was low, and I had to urgently return to the hotel. There was no information about gas stations, so I returned the car without a full tank and was charged extra for fuel.

Like: value and the car still good condition ready for travelling.
Dislike: seem nothing disatified.

Drop off area, no staff. I called ahead to appointment the time to return. The staff told that I have to call 10 minutes before arriving. Absolutely, I could not call 10 minutes before arriving because I was driving and not supposed to make a call while I was driving. I got to the airport, so I had to find the ASAP staff. It took almost 30 minutes.

Fast & efficient service. Happy to be given a brand new car.
