English service is available. Unable to reach anyone by phone in the morning, as calls go through the main switchboard. Fortunately, there were staff at the parking lot by 8:00 AM.

The service from the Hertz employee was excellent. After not traveling for a few years due to the pandemic, my international driving permit had expired. She patiently listened to my situation and still rented me the car. This could have been a big problem in some other countries.
