It was just fine

Way to easy!

the car was old. no bluetooth, who drives these days without bluetooth? so we drove without music which was not fun, it was an automatic car, skoda citigo, ir was very difficult for it to go up hills, it choked all the time. not good experience with the car.

Please note/check: No car manual but a bike manual instead! Low car tyre pressure indicator from the start. One of the headlight lamps was not working. Headlights need readjustment because they seem a bit low and do not light road properly at night.

The car was perfectly fine for our needs. It was very clean and tidy. The staff at pick up and drop off were friendly and helpful. I would use the company again.

I needed to alter the name and details of the main driver, but was informed that I could only do so by cancelling my booking and re-booking with the amendments. That was a bit of a nuisance and I am sure the software could be rewritten to accommodate any changes.

Very helpful and on the spot customer service. We attended the airport kiosk of Avance in Thessaloniki airport and as soon as the agent saw the size of our family decided to offer us a bigger car free of charge. We boarded a minibus for a 2 min drive with an excellent hire agent who explained everything in detail and was pleasant, polite and helpful throughout

The platform ad a whole was OK but never had a discount applied for my hire

Excellent service and great prices - outstanding experience and would not hesitate to recommend.

voiture essence qui consommait beaucoup on l'a rendu avec plus d essence que ce qu'on avait eu et on n'a pas été dédommager (envrion 25 euros !!) c'est dommage !
