Overall good experience with easy pick-up and drop-off. However, the company didn't thoroughly check the car. We didn't realize that the Blue Oil was nearly empty at pick-up. On the 10th day, the Blue Oil ran out and the car wouldn't start. We had to ask the landlord to contact the repair service in the middle of the night to bring Blue Oil, costing 100 lira for the oil and 300 lira for labor. The rental company only agreed to reimburse the oil cost.
