The pick-up experience was terrible and cannot be compared to Hertz. There was no Grand Cherokee at all, how many people has Zuzuche misled with the Grand Cherokee?
I left my iPad in the car, trying to contact with them to get it back but I have heard nothing yet. Please make it easier for lost and found items to get it back maybe?
So far still didn’t get any answer or attention from the staff.
